Share details of the CNC machines you are using to ensure they are compatible with the custom tool design. - Tool Life Expectation
If you are currently using a tool for this application, please let us know its tool life. We will use that as a reference for the custom tool’s expected performance. - Tool Design
We will design the tool and provide a technical drawing based on your requirements. - Drawing Confirmation & Quotation
After the drawing is completed, we will confirm the specifications with you and provide a quotation. - Sample Production
Upon your approval, we will proceed with small-batch sample production for testing. - Testing & Adjustment
During testing, we will stay in touch to evaluate the tool’s performance and make any necessary adjustments to the design. - Mass Production
Once the sample meets your requirements, we will proceed with full-scale production.
